Even if you can request a refund, it can only be done during business hours. that is, to complete the paperwork, you need to take time off from work, and these are additional expenses (vacation at your own expense). maybe together with a motor insurance agent, you can arrange for a medical insurance specialist to be on duty until 20.00. at least a couple of times a week. please consider the issue of cooperation with MC Lazar and the city will thank you.
