I had the very bad experience with the hotel. We took the most expensive suite (President) in the hotel and expected to spend 5 nice days. I needed to work 2 days but the internet didn’t work at all. I was promised to improve but the personnel did nothing. Next day I asked the laundry service for just 2 pairs of jeans and asked 2 times when they are going to be ready, both times the answer was “next afternoon”. Next evening they said that I didn’t order “urgent” service and the jeans will ready only 2 days later!! And said it’s my fault! Next day the jeans were still dirty after the laundry((( Overall the hotel didn’t try to solve problems and the personnel was not friendly, they did something only when I pushed a lot. The president suite has only one small wardrobe and the terrace is the only advantage. We came for breakfast one hour before the end every day and saw an empty plate without strawberry…so I’d not recommend the hotel if you don’t want to have trouble with your stay in Belgrade
The hotel is very average. Inside there are very small rooms with terrible audibility. The breakfasts are decent, but nothing outstanding. In some rooms at night, you can hear the air conditioning system working very strongly, so much so that you wake up from a terrible noise.
Отель не плохой, завтрак хороший, расположен в самом центре Белграда, на главной пешеходной улице, единственный минус, лично для меня, в переплаченном номере с видом на город, нет балкона, поэтому смысла в переплаты за этот номер нет. А так в целом на свою 4* тянет.
The only advantage of this hotel is the city center, so three stars in the end. The food is monotonous and tasteless, the hot water is constantly running out and the like.

For my money, it's terrible.
The room was cleaned- hygiene supplies were not updated, the air conditioner is not regulated, the window barely closes /opens, the windows overlook the air conditioner - the hum is terrible. Room cleaning is at zero. I will never go to Radisson again, I have already been disappointed twice
