We purchased a hydrangea at 21 pm on 30.05.2021, 3 large flowers for 105 byn, the flowers died at 9 in the morning, when contacting the company's management, we received a response that you saw that you were taking and the flowers could not be exchanged. Although everywhere it is claimed about the freshness of flowers. The management did not try to find a compromise in any way, there was no compensation or discount or just an apology. Only bitter disappointment remained from the purchase, as well as from the company as a whole.
