I had a chance to work for less than a year in the department related to numbers. Working overtime...until about 9 o'clock every day, without lunch, there is a lot of work. They are forced to go out on Saturdays, naturally without paying. Recycling is also not paid for. All overwork is presented as a matter of course, no one asks if you can still work after work for 4 hours or if you can go to the SB to work. Everything is in a commanding tone, the attitude is bad. At the same time, when they say that they need to work in the security Council, they do not finish, because they say that it is literally for a couple of hours, but it drags on from 9 to 9 (without lunch). All the management is aware of such a bad attitude, everyone doesn't care - don't like to leave + the question is what kind of characterization you will be slapped. The people who work there - do you really agree with this arbitrariness? Yes, and the po is not a fire there at all, below the national average of 800 rubles, it is not worth it to suffer and recycle. If you have children and you need to leave 3 minutes earlier, if you have a ticket to the dentist and if you urgently need to take time off - forget about the human attitude, no one will let you go anywhere. In general, processing takes 4 hours every day, without exceptions...and these are not last-minute periods, and not at the time of the report, it's stupid every day, going out on weekends - often very much. You will work for free a couple of times a month. Because of overwork, there is a terrible psychological tense atmosphere, it is morally unpleasant and hard to work like this when you are constantly pressed and at 6 pm a serious task arrives that needs to be done by 9 am, and you sit and do it after work. KGK - pay attention to recycling. In general, the office is just terrible, as I recall, it's already disgusting, I haven't been in this for a long time......In general, if there is nowhere to go and you are thinking about this office, then it is better to look for a normal job for a month or two than to barely escape from there
