Polite staff. After the renovation, everything became very cozy. Sofas and a coffee machine appeared. It's nice to come in. The staff is ready to help on any occasion. Whether it's blocking a card or opening a personal account.

I visited several times (up to 10), because the location of the bank on the way to the floor is always clean, there is no crowd, specialists patiently and intelligibly, taking into account the elderly, always explained and advised how best to deal with the deposit and questions on the cards were also explained. There is a wonderful, warm atmosphere in the team, so it's nice to be here.

It's a disgusting bank. Not long ago, namely 11.01.25. I received a card. There were many problems, but no explanations. There is a lot to describe. This is not the first or the second time we have applied . I do not recommend the bank.
