This bank has a lot of disadvantages, but this is just my opinion.
A copy of the General Power of Attorney, as required by Law, issued and notarized, was left at the Belinvestbank branch on Novopalesskaya St., in other branches of the same bank, is not visible in the city! Despite the fact that the bank's specialists assured that the original will no longer need to be carried with you, since a copy of the document is already in the database and there will be no problems. However, this is not the case. And, at the very first request to the bank again, but in another branch, it turned out that the specialists "did NOT see a copy of the document," and therefore, they had to return home for the original, then go back to the branch where the issue was being resolved... To get involved with such people... Using "Bearish services"..., wasting your own time and rebuilding your plans on the go is extremely INCONVENIENT for a person due to the shortcomings of the management of this bank, moreover, this bank does not cooperate with almost any of the other banks, and therefore withdraw or deposit your money (not only that, you will be looking for an ATM for half a day !), and you'll also pay interest...
the office is clean, beautiful, and the building is decent, but there are significant inconveniences for customers.
IT's A good thing I DON'T GET A PENSION IN THIS...THE BANK!!!

Very bad! On the site, "forgot your password" in general, and the login, sometimes I forgot, email is very convenient and fast. The best banks are Sberbank and Belarusbank. And this belinvestbank is not the best, it is the worst. Awful.
