Your employee, Rita Leonidovna Milanovich, takes out her bad mood on the bank's clients. We always went to this branch to change the currency. All the staff were very pleasant, they liked the bank, but today we were unlucky, as we got to Milanovich R.L. The employee did not accept 3 bills. He says they are damaged, but they are intact, without damage! (I also bought them from a bank a month ago. She didn't even look at them under the lamp. When I asked what was wrong with them, the employee replied, "that I should then go to change them at the bank with a commission." By the way, I exchanged the bills at another bank without any problems, but it's a shame for the time spent and the injustice.

I took out a loan for the purchase of real estate. We applied for a loan in less than 40 minutes (before that, I had experience in other banks where they held it for 2 hours and then deployed it according to the documents). Lyudmila explained all the details, told what difficulties there may be with the documents of the guarantors, how they can be avoided.
As a result, the loan was approved. But a problem surfaced that an additional agreement was not signed between the bank and the developer for a new house where I bought an apartment. From the bank's side, they prepared everything as quickly as possible. Lyudmila kept me informed about all the steps - when the paper was signed by their management, what information is provided by lawyers who communicate with the developer. She offered options for what to do if they did not have time to sign the document.
As a result, the loan agreement was concluded. Everything was processed and transferred just as quickly, they managed it up to an hour. Lyudmila also gave me advice on how it is more profitable for me to deposit my own funds in order to win on the euro exchange rate.
