Cultural bank. The department, you can't say anything. Interior (see my photos) at the level of the best standards. People do not accumulate here, thanks to the electronic queue, customer service is fast! The bank issues cards of the MIR system, I got one for myself. All this, of course, is not bad, but since Belinvestbank has not supported money transfer systems since March 2022 (Western Union and Zolotaya Korona used to operate), the overall assessment of this branch is not so high. In the current situation, it is difficult to expect the return of Western Union, but Corona, Contact and Unistream could work for the benefit of the people. There are not enough banks in the city right now to provide money transfers, so where they are accepted, the queue to the operators sometimes knows no end! Explanations can always be found, but ordinary people will inevitably ask the question "If there is at point A, then why is there not at point B?"
All operations as of today are carried out through a cash register, ATM, there is no information kiosk. This is a small minus. To exchange currency (there are often good rates here), get a map of the MIR system, well, and go sit on a cool leather sofa - the main goals of visiting this department. The sofas, however, turned out to be suede to the touch.
A very comfortable waiting room, with upholstered furniture, no queues, but I especially like the specialists-competent, polite.

Several times I had to deal with just such incompetent employees that it takes me aback. Moreover, both on the phone and in the office. I have never seen such a thing in any bank of the Republic of Belarus. Of course, everyone has disadvantages, life is a complicated thing....but that would be so much.....I'm shocked.
What I like to come here for is a small number of people and a good attitude towards the client. Managers will always inform you about interesting offers. I recommend.
