I applied to a bank branch to hand over the currency I recently bought from them. The operator said that the bill was moldy, although there were no visible signs, the bill was brand new, it was stored correctly, and there was a receipt for the purchase. The operator did not provide any evidence, was rude, and did not issue a complaint book on demand. Question to the management: why does the bank sell obviously bad bills?
