Recommendations for this branch and, possibly, the bank:
1) Finalize the electronic queue: it does not apply to the booths on the right that work for customer service, but only to the cash registers. the system has already been made and introduced, but it has not been brought to the hands, mind - and this is a flaw.
2) the entrances to the bank seem to be hidden and invisible. today I came to the one on the right, if you look from the bathhouse, and it was closed until 09:05) after I decided to check if there was a second one and it was open)
two corner entrances - so-so idea - better than 1, but bigger, more noticeable and better;) in this case.
3) I clarified about the bank's investments, as it is called belinvest... to which they replied: no, investments are not the main task of this bank) and this surprised me and) after all, whatever you call a ship, it will sail and I would recommend focusing more on investment, if such a name is taken: to make a separate sector in the bank that would deal with and consider investment projects and proposals in each from the regions (people would just come and offer to invest in their business, development, project, and this person would help and solve these issues and suggestions). by the way, this is one of the most profitable areas and directions, if you do it well. and all the profits that the bank had before that will seem scanty.
4) Add a hostess - a person who would always stand at the entrance and help sort out and direct visitors and customers.

One of the worst banks in Gorki. The cost of servicing legal entities and individuals does not correspond to the quality. There are banks with the best deals.
