Never!!! People, never visit this central bank!!! If your time is precious to you, I was in it for the first time about 10 years ago , and periodically visited ( No more than once a year, with the hope of changes ) every time there are long queues , only 1-2 windows work , the work of employees is not great, I have not seen this in banks for a long time.
