There are very long waiting lines during the day. The customer stand issuing coupons often does not issue numbers due to the lack of a toggle tape in it. Honestly, I was disappointed with the service of this department. Other customers left without waiting in line after half an hour.
When visiting , there were no people , there is an electronic queue , which is actually a plus . They were served quickly . The hall is clean. There is an ATM at the entrance. In the hall itself there are two cash desks, separate for legal entities and a room for individuals. I also noticed the booklets , there are a lot of them
The bank has competent consultants and fast service. I have three cards from this bank, two of them are charity, one is compact. The bank helps the orphanage.
