I usually never leave reviews, but I couldn't stand it here. This is the worst bank (branch) in which I had to be serviced. I ordered the card, I received an SMS about its readiness and that I can pick it up. I have already come to this department three times and have not been able to pick her up. The 1st time I came, they told me there was no specialist today - come tomorrow, tomorrow came the story repeated. I came for the 3rd time, knocked out a ticket, waited 30 minutes, I remained the last client to this specialist. At 18.00, he finished work without inviting me (and it was done for 5 minutes, no more). Of course, I understand everything, but if I have already knocked out a number for myself and waited until I was invited - so be kind enough to serve the client, it won't hurt you, and I will have to come back for the 4th time! Unfortunately, I have to be serviced by Belinvestbank for work. But if I had a choice, then your branch and the bank as a whole would already be in last place!!!
