The worst bank I've ever been to! Customer focus is zero, or even less. The service is catastrophically long, there were 2 people in front of me - I waited an hour (I had to issue a card). Plus, there was an unpleasant smell in the department during the entire waiting time. I will never return to this bank branch again. I do not recommend it.

Terrible bank branches, employees do not know their job. I went there twice on the same issue and they immediately unfold it. I do not advise you to go there, you will lose your nerves and time, you will not solve your problem with the bank. I advise you to contact another branch of the bank!!!!
