I sat in line for a very long time to order a salary card, it was in the evening, I asked in line for 1.5 hours. When I picked up the card, I also had to sit in line for some reason, one person was working, although it was almost 11 o'clock in the morning.

Once upon a time there was a good bank. Now one of the worst banks. This year I tried to introduce a commission for withdrawing money from the card, after that I was finally convinced that it was better not to have business with this bank. There is a cafe with their terminal in the bank building, where payments with contactless cards of other banks did not take place, the problem was fixed for a year and a half.
