I highly do not recommend it for currency exchange. A boor sits there, looked at the currency, said that they were damaged... greasy spots on them, it turns out. They accept bills only from under seal, apparently. The technobank also accepted a slightly more profitable course without any questions.

They do not accept banknotes, and when they argue, they call police officers and accuse them of insulting them. It was lucky that there was a queue, and people explained to the police officers that I had not insulted anyone, but only demanded that the bills be exchanged in accordance with the rules of the NBRB. As a result, on the 1st floor on the street, the Technobank was exchanged without question.

I am very disappointed with the service at this exchanger. The staff were impolite and disrespectful. I spent a lot of time to exchange currency here, and was left with a bitter impression. I do not recommend this exchanger to anyone.
