The store has a huge selection of products - from face cream to tile spray. We bought cosmetics for the whole family (mom, dad, children). I really liked the consultant - they correctly advised facial products for a teenager. They were very politely served, everything was neatly packed. Prices, of course, are incredibly low for such high-quality goods, so we immediately buy for a year.

What I liked: a large range of care cosmetics, I was looking for something from the 30+ series and wanted to buy my favorite tonic and BB cream from the matting series - everything turned out to be available. The cashier girl was very polite and friendly.
What I didn't like: I would like there to be no people with Soviet habits in the service culture among the store staff. To my polite question, "tell me, please, where can I find gel patches?" the girl in the hall defiantly rolled her eyes and pointed to the next stand with a look of "well, stupid". Yes, I didn't notice that the patches were so close, but that doesn't mean that you need to react like that. When I approached, the cashier was talking to an older woman, who took the shopping basket out of my hands and "to save time" simply shook out all the contents on the table near the cash register. All these points, in their opinion, are probably not critical, but for some reason it is in the shops of state-owned enterprises that you expect them the most, and you turn out to be right. Belita-vitex is a great company, I would like to wish it prosperity, but unfortunately, because of such employees, you will achieve it much later than you would like.
