The shop is small, next to the bus stop (very convenient)there is one entrance with a post office, a cozy, good range of products. The girls even try to order goods for a person (I ordered myself professional facial cosmetics that were not available, even called back about what they ordered and said when they could pick it up)

A good store, but not the staff, instead of greeting you can hear "there is a lot of time left before closing", as if I don't see what time it is now, considering that my purchase took half a minute. And the answer to the product of interest, when the customer has not yet finished, is no longer there. I obviously didn't take much time away from the girl, and left the store before closing, but the impression was not pleasant.

I am a regular customer of this store, but the incident has permanently closed the doors to this store. When buying nail polish remover, when paying to the cashier, I mistakenly took the wrong bottle, while the seller did not bother to track which product I purchased and whether everything was in order. After making a purchase using the card, I calmly left the store. In the evening, I found the wrong box at home, I was upset that the seller handed me the product I wanted and I had to buy nail polish remover at the nearest discounter. A week later, I went shopping again at Bilita's store, where a guard immediately took me to the staff room, after which other employees of this store also came there. Without explaining the reasons, I was threatened by the police and prison, called a thief and demanded to immediately compensate for the stolen goods. There is no side to my shock, I have long forgotten about the cream, which, in my opinion, was confused by the saleswoman and in general, what kind of attitude to the buyer, who did not even assume that he was guilty of something. In an unconscious state from what was happening, the store manager, the seller and the guard forced me to show my passport and return the cream immediately. Not understanding what was going on at all, I returned home, I had to drink a lot of sedatives to somehow fall asleep. The next day, I immediately went to the store to return the cream. Having put my thoughts in order, I asked the head of the store to show a video from the cameras that are located in the hall, which would show the fact of my theft, however, the head said that there was no video, it somehow erased and some excuses fell down, since I remember exactly that I addressed the seller, so that she could help me with the choice of nail polish remover and this should definitely have been recorded on the video and that already at the time of payment the seller gave me the wrong bottle, this is an oversight of the saleswoman herself. However, the store could not confirm its accusations, I returned the cream, which I did not need, but the nail polish remover for which I paid, no one gave it to me.
