We received a fax from this organization. Just need a grounding kit. I called the city number at 9:30. They said that the manager is not here now, but will be there only in an hour. I called the manager indicated in the fax, Alexander, on my cell phone. He replied rudely and began to respond to the request. Who is responsible for sales there???! Who teaches you how to talk to potential customers like that???
