Unclear attitude of the staff to the work performed. When washing, the white linen turned red, and now things are ruined!! I happened to come to this place because of the circumstances with the washing machine. During the recording, I clarified several times about the white things (there were several of them), how they can be washed. The employee offered to upload the white along with the black, saying they have a wonderful washing machine that does not spoil anything. I was extremely surprised, because usually people separate white and dark. We arrived and loaded it (it was a "self-service" laundry, where the employee set the degrees herself and started the washing). She said that nothing would go wrong and that this was a normal option, as we understood it. As a result, the white things turned gray-blue. 👍🏻
When we reported this, we were told, "What did you want, you had self-service." Thank you. We trusted the professionals. The opinion remains unpleasant. You could have told us that you wouldn't accept white..so that we don't load them into the drum..There weren't many of them. 2 stars because I am grateful for the service provided in the shortest possible time.
I took pillows and a blanket to the laundry and was very pleased with the completed order . Everything is done professionally at the highest level.I recommend using it.I wish the employees health and well-being and all the best and to please their customers with their work!!!!!
I took the blanket to the dry cleaner, the deadline for completing the work was 14 days, when I picked up the blanket, I had no opportunity to check the quality of the work done because I was in a hurry (which I really regretted at home). After the dry cleaning, the stains were still there, how could the employees give the dirty product back? Don't you really control the quality of your own work? When you accept a product, you take a sooo thorough look at what and how. I'm very upset about the time I've spent and the money I've wasted.
