I gave the carpet to the dry cleaners, three weeks later the carpet was brought back. I don't know how to clean it so that sand falls off it when I take it out of the bag.
I left a request for it to be cleaned again, they promised that it would be free. I won't order anything else there. Useless

I am very pleased with the work of Belkhimchistok.
I handed over winter jackets at the point in Pershy Gandlevy on the lower level. There are no queues. The opening hours are from 10 to 22 00. The jackets were cleaned faster than the deadline. They called and told me to pick it up :) Very pleasant.
We cleaned things perfectly. They are clean, beautiful and smell nice.
The items were given away, packed in a plastic case with a hanger.
I am very pleased.

I do not recommend using the word at all. They gave the stroller to the dry cleaners.
I had to be sent for redoing twice, they assured me that the stains were not cleaned in any way. But in fact, they didn't even get it from the package.
The employee from the pick-up point said that most likely they did not even start cleaning it.
There was no smell of cleaning anywhere near there.
At home, they washed everything themselves with a regular detergent for children.

This is not a dry cleaner, but a real nightmare! I came to hand over three jackets, and I was the only one in the room. We spent 25 minutes examining the jackets and writing the contract. I handed over three jackets, made an advance payment of 50%. Readiness was promised in a week and a half. Two days before it is ready (i.e. a week later), they call me and say: "We did not calculate correctly, your jacket is natural suede, you will have to pay extra for this jacket. Please forgive me, I had a headache, I did not immediately realize "I agree, I come to pick up on the appointed day - two jackets are given away, but the third is not ready. I ask: "Why was it not reported that they did not have time to do it at the appointed time under the contract? I'm 100 km away. I was on my way to pick up these things." (Apparently this time my left ear hurt). I asked for a book of complaints - they didn't give it, they said they would do it for free.
I arrived a week later, there was another woman (apparently a shift worker), accused me of taking advantage of the situation, and a poor, unhappy woman. I agreed to pay the cost of the jacket again, but asked for a book of comments and suggestions! In a boorish tone, they replied - "No need, leave already"
I will NEVER come and recommend this dry cleaner again!!!!!!
