There was a boy in the queue at the checkout, when the queue came up to him, he normally, respectfully (!) asked for a knife, bought it. He gave me money, but he didn't have any change. I was standing behind the cash register !The head! the store. I will not write my last name here, I hope that the management will see this message, they will see for themselves who was working at that time. It's hard to describe the way she talked to him with clucking and rolling her eyes. At the same time, she spoke rather rudely and in a raised tone said "do not touch" items near the cash register. She casually threw the purchases and money to him. The boy said thank you and left. After that, she communicated with adult customers quite respectfully.
It was extremely unpleasant to observe the whole situation. Counting on the fact that the child, the person wanted to assert himself? Everyone who stood in line is the same customer, regardless of age! It is shameful and low to communicate from a position of one's own superiority with any person, and especially with a child!
A good bookstore .
Since kindergarten and already for my students I buy the necessary materials there because it is close to home.
If you go on purpose , there is no parking near the store , there are 100 , 53, 45 , 4 buses nearby .
Now the function of ordering the necessary literature to this bookstore for pickup has become available (in the photo I just took the order).
! The store has one minus!! These are the employees at the checkout. A young girl with glasses, always unhappy with the product, it is better not to ask questions ! He always talks rudely .
There are no such issues in other stores of this chain.
There was a rearrangement , in my opinion it became newer and more interesting , the cash register was moved to a slightly different place , the shelves and the layout itself were changed a little
