CAREFUL, SCAMMERS! We signed a contract for the supply of the kitchen in early June, made an advance payment of almost two thousand rubles. Belkukhni promised to complete the delivery in mid-July. Since the end of July, Veronica's manager has regularly replied that the kitchen is ready and will be delivered next Monday/Thursday. This continued until the beginning of September 2024. I called Director Nikolai and promised that if the kitchen delivery was not completed within 3 days, I would contact the Consumer Protection Society and the court. Three days later, director Nikolai called back and said that the company could not supply the kitchen and they were ready to refund the prepayment. From a subsequent personal conversation with the director of the office, it turned out that back in mid-July 2024 they knew that they could not supply the kitchen we needed, but for almost two months they put our money into circulation, and if it were not for my threats by the court, they would have lied to us until the New Year.

Our manager Veronica easily compiled the project we needed. Yes, she warned that she would have to wait 2 months, or even 2.5. But for such a price, it's not scary. But we've been waiting for that for 3 months. And then I had to call the manager to find out the fate of our kitchen. And then the director himself started calling. He explained why it so happened that the wines of the factory, they messed up there. I'll tell you, the director is very pleasant and handled the situation competently. He was always in touch and spoke politely. Hooray, our kitchen is standing and pleasing to the eye.
