CAREFUL, SCAMMERS! We signed a contract for the supply of the kitchen in early June, made an advance payment of almost two thousand rubles. Belkukhni promised to complete the delivery in mid-July. Since the end of July, Veronica's manager has regularly replied that the kitchen is ready and will be delivered next Monday/Thursday. This continued until the beginning of September 2024. I called Director Nikolai and promised that if the kitchen delivery was not completed within 3 days, I would contact the Consumer Protection Society and the court. Three days later, director Nikolai called back and said that the company could not supply the kitchen and they were ready to refund the prepayment. From a subsequent personal conversation with the director of the office, it turned out that back in mid-July 2024 they knew that they could not supply the kitchen we needed, but for almost two months they put our money into circulation, and if it were not for my threats by the court, they would have lied to us until the New Year.

Our manager Veronica easily compiled the project we needed. Yes, she warned that she would have to wait 2 months, or even 2.5. But for such a price, it's not scary. But we've been waiting for that for 3 months. And then I had to call the manager to find out the fate of our kitchen. And then the director himself started calling. He explained why it so happened that the wines of the factory, they messed up there. I'll tell you, the director is very pleasant and handled the situation competently. He was always in touch and spoke politely. Hooray, our kitchen is standing and pleasing to the eye.

But everything disappeared as soon as I came to the office.I must say right away that the project is not simple, there are enough surprises in the form of a gas boiler, his friend bandura- a gas meter wrapped in pipes and a friend of a free-standing washing machine. But this did not scare the guys, despite the fact that I addressed many "modularists" in Minsk. Until they saw the full scale of the disaster, everything was OK, but as soon as the whole group stood in front of their eyes, they abruptly stopped contacting and retreated. Here they also drew a project and not on "get off", but with good advice, sometimes persuading. As a result, the project turned out to be taking into account all the details. At the same time, having convinced that it would be nice to invite a measurer to come, and for an additional fee.pay, but if you don't want to, we don't have to live. The contract stipulates an ill-fated period of 30 days + 20 days for force majeure. For the money that we have paid, we are ready to be patient. I hope that the director will not run away))), he will not hide)))) and everything will end as it should, The review is written absolutely honest and truthful. The delay was for a couple of weeks, but you warned me about it right away when you signed the contract that this was possible.I really like the kitchen itself, I go in every time and the eye is happy. I decided to write a review too. I ordered the kitchen at the end of October, received it in early January. It took a long time, but the designer immediately warned me, even before drawing the project, that this would happen. Designer Anna has always been calm and balanced, although I asked a huge bunch of questions about the case and not quite during the entire waiting time for the order. As a result, I really liked the kitchen, everything is functional, everything is beautiful and high-quality. Thank you very much.

Instead of the promised 30 working days, the kitchen was made for about 40. They feed breakfast every week, at first they talked about readiness for 3 weeks, what would happen next. When I was ready, no one called, I called myself to find out. We agreed on delivery, ordered pickers, movers, the kitchen was not brought, they promised tomorrow. Tomorrow, history repeated itself. The director turned off the phone, it is impossible to get through.
I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Everything started well, but then..... It took 30 promised working days to make the kitchen. There is no call, no order. We get on the phone ourselves, and the breakfast feedings begin.. There is still no kitchen, it is not known when it will be (37 working days have passed). The website indicates the production from 14 days- do not believe it, they do not fit into 30!

I do not recommend contacting this company. The order is made for more than the promised 30 days, then they are fed breakfast. The director behaves indifferently. He does not answer calls immediately, and may even be unavailable.. He promises to call back and hasn't called back once. You're constantly ringing for an hour and asking what and how.
