We would like to thank the hotel for its nice spacious rooms, warm welcome, delicious homemade breakfasts and excellent location. This is the second time we have been on vacation, we were in October now for the new year. I definitely recommend it. Everything is fresh, the bathroom is good, hot water, dryer, hair dryer are all available. The mattress and bedding are just great, the sleep is magical, our room is by the sea, and the sound of the wave woke us up in the morning. A full-length observation window with sea views, high ceilings, and mountain views on the other side of the hotel. I went out on the embankment, everything is close, in Novaya Gagra, 5 minutes and at the Ferris wheel. This is the very center. The beaches here are good, the entrance to the sea is comfortable, of course we swam in October :))) Nearby there are shops, cafes, I found a temple and a Turkish brand store on the map. We'll come back more than once. Rating 5. There was no time to pay attention to the little things, we are happy from the bottom of our hearts. Thanks also to the hotel manager Aelita, always in touch with all questions, and the staff, they meet and respond to requests and wishes. Cozy and have a good rest. Thanks!!!

We had a rest at the end of September 2024. The location is good, 2 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to the market, the hotel is located almost in the center of all the events of the city. Buffet breakfasts are included in the price, the assortment is good, special thanks for the porridge - very tasty, the only disadvantage is there is no coffee machine! Cleaning and garbage disposal in the rooms daily - no comments, thank you. The rooms have everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, a TV (there are a lot of channels - everything works without problems), soap accessories, a hairdryer. The hotel distributes the Internet. The protected area is small, but very neat and clean, there is a place for cars, you can sit in the evening and listen to live music from a nearby cafe. Here's the music! The music is heard in the room so loudly, as if you are next to the musicians and the double-glazed windows do not save you from the sound. If this problem is solved, it will be rated "excellent". Thanks to the hotel management for the overall concept! We will definitely come again and recommend it to our friends.

We have been vacationing at the Bella Hotel for the second year. Delight!!! Quiet, clean, cozy. A magnificent hotel! The staff is friendly and courteous. Daily room cleaning, delicious and varied breakfasts. The sea is two minutes away. There are no disadvantages. This year, they forgot the documents in the room. We contacted the hotel administration and the documents were sent to us by mail. This is the case when the administration values patents. Special thanks to Aelita!!! A wonderful hotel, delicious buffet breakfasts. The only thing is that there is no delicious coffee, but there is a cafe nearby that compensates for this). The room has everything you need: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, gels and shampoos. They clean well.
Very close to the sea, there are many cafes nearby where you can have a delicious lunch and dinner.
The sunsets are incredible if you take a room with a sea view) But we regretted a little that we took such a room, because because of the cafe on the embankment (tent), music rumbles until 12 at night, even when the tourist season is over. Therefore, next time we will take a room with a mountain view)

We had a rest in January with Aelita, a wonderful hostess at the Bella Hotel in Gagra. We really liked it, delicious breakfasts, neat rooms (we have a sea view), it's a fairy tale, in the morning you go out on the balcony and see the beautiful sea..
The hotel is very clean, brand new, everything is done with love and care for the guests!! And the elevator is just a work of art! 🙂

I believe you from the Bella Hotel. We lived in 511 rooms with a sea view. The room was great, the music was audible, but not annoying. I want to express my gratitude to the girls cooks for excellent breakfasts, the maid for excellent room cleaning, the girls from the reception for attentiveness and responsiveness! But special thanks and a low bow to Tatiana Coutier from the reception. From the first meeting, she endeared herself, told me a lot and advised me. And for me, she is a person I will remember for a long time, she returned me a bag with documents and money that I left on a bench near the hotel. I didn't even hope anymore. She is constantly interested in how we rest, if everything is fine, and inspects the territory so that there are no such cases as with me. All the hotel staff I've encountered are just great. We checked into the hotel on January 2, 2025. In rooms 304 and 306.
The first thing I want to say is that it is very clean and comfortable. The staff is just wonderful. They are very friendly. Despite the fact that the lights were off, we didn't even notice it. A split system was turned on for heat. The water is always hot and cold. There is a kettle and towels in the rooms. For 2500r double room + breakfast, it's generally magical. The breakfasts are very tasty. Special thanks to the girl who organized the breakfasts, unfortunately I do not know the name. In short, we are not the last time in this hotel. We stayed at this hotel in 2022. The room is clean, no frills. Beautiful view of the mountains! Close to the sea.
Most of the advantages are everything.
The food was terrible in 2022!!!! It's just a nightmare! Terrible cook, unfriendly staff. As a result, the whole family has rotavirus, including the child (you can associate it with food at the hotel, because you haven't eaten anywhere else). After the illness, we went to another hotel to eat, there were no problems.
As I understand it, after reading the reviews, in 2024 it became better with food.
The room was not cleaned every day. It was possible to wash things for an additional fee.

The hotel is new, clean, there is an elevator. Daily garbage collection, linen change every three days.
It is located almost on the seashore. There was a square across the street, which had very loud music - the only negative!!!Air-conditioned room.
Breakfast was included when buying the tour. A decent choice for breakfast, lunch/dinner can be ordered for an additional fee.
The hotel staff are friendly, they always asked how we were doing, they answered questions very clearly (where to go, where to buy souvenirs, etc.)

We just returned from vacation. We had a rest in Abkhazia, at the wonderful Bella Hotel. We lived on the 5th floor with mountain views. Delight! Quiet, clean, cozy, beautiful view from the balcony, excellent bathroom. True, they cleaned every other day, but the garbage was taken out daily. The breakfasts are excellent. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. There are good restaurants nearby, on the shore, where we had lunch. In the evening, there are noisy discos until 23-24 hours, but we prudently booked a room with a view of the mountains, not the sea. But it turned out that they didn't mind going to the disco themselves) We definitely recommend it and we will come back! Thanks for the rest.

Great vacation! Everything in the hotel is at the highest level. The staff values the reputation of the hotel very much, all issues are resolved promptly. Special thanks to Tatiana for her concern and help with transport.
I was surprised that they don't give receipts for payment here. Be prepared for this. You can ask them to send it later by mail or whatsapp.
Very tasty breakfasts: porridges, casseroles and cottage cheese are simply delicious!
The view of the sea from the 5th floor is just a bomb. But the truth was written in other reviews. 2 restaurants under the windows with very loud music make it impossible to stay on the balcony in the evening. And they prevent you from falling asleep. At one o'clock in the morning, there is silence. There would only be one restaurant with one music, otherwise they contradict each other! It's probably better to take a mountain view.
The beach is very close, the sea is clean.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of August in a chic two-room suite on the sixth floor, which offers an excellent view of the sea and a magical sunset. The hotel has a good level of hotel class (bathrobes, slippers, towels, beach towels, gel, shampoo, change of bed linen every three days, etc.) I was very pleased with the presentation from the hotel in the form of a fruit dish and a bottle of naturally Sweet wine) A very decent breakfast buffet is also included in the room rate.

Nice hotel. The rooms are standard, the area is small, but everything is comfortable and clean. In the room: air conditioning, kettle, TV, refrigerator. Bottled water is not given, you need to buy it.
The linen and towels are clean. In the bathroom: soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer. Convenient - you don't have to take it with you. But there are no beach towels. They are not allowed to take it out, otherwise they will be fined.
There are rooms with and without a balcony. I took it with a sea view. The only negative is the loud music in the cafe on the embankment at 19-24:00.
The sea is a two-minute walk away. However, now the embankment and the beach are being reconstructed, you need to walk a little.
Breakfast is like everywhere else: porridge, pancakes, eggs, sausages, pastries. You won't stay hungry. There are canteens and cafes nearby.
Convenient location in the center. You can walk both to Novaya Gagra and to the Old One. Excursions are offered at every turn, and can be ordered directly from the hotel.
Friendly staff. The administrator Tatiana is always ready to help in solving issues. Thank you very much!
The hotel also provides an individual or group transfer from the airport and railway station, which is convenient, because there is an opportunity to save money, especially since a unified taxi network has not yet been developed in Abkhazia.

I would like to express my gratitude to the owners and employees! To your amazing hotel! We had our first vacation in your country (August 2024) and were very satisfied. At 100%! Everything is at the highest level. Service, cleanliness, solution of any problems. The spacious room has everything you need to relax in comfort. Cleaning is daily. There is an elevator. A big plus is its own closed parking and a seating area with tables, where in the evening you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere of the resort and the sound of the waves.
Separately, I would like to note the location of the hotel, 2 minutes and you are on the beach. Within walking distance of shops, canteens, cafes, a park, children's attractions.

We rested in Bella for a week in June, the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the sea, with access directly to the promenade, clean, cleaning, changing linen and towels not even on schedule, air conditioning, delicious buffet breakfasts. We had a deluxe room on the 5th floor, small, with a child in an extra place, they fit perfectly. There is always water, smart TV, 180cm bed, super mattresses. The balcony has a direct view of the sea. About possible disadvantages for someone:across the street on the promenade by the sea there is a cafe Tent, music until 12 o'clock, the first day was unusual, then we really did not notice we slept wonderfully) Access to the central beach of Gagra, for an additional fee.You can take umbrellas and sun beds for a fee, but it's also great on a beach mattress. The sea is clean, the water is transparent by 1.5 meters for sure, the purity of the sea from Sochi is not comparable, there is also enough space on the beach for everyone, in general, the sea-beach is definitely better than Sochi. It's not the first time in Abkhazia, but I would 100% return to this hotel

Very nice hotel, polite staff. Sea view, the opposite part of the rooms overlooks the mountains. Very close to the sea, near a bunch of cafes, literally across the street. An amazing hotel, we rested from 06/28/24 to 07/04/24. The hotel is very cozy, clean, everything is new. Room cleaning every day, linen change every 3 days, many thanks to the attentive and polite staff, special thanks to the administrators. THE SEA IS 50 METERS AWAY!!! Convenient location for a beach holiday: the sea is just a stone's throw away. The prices are reasonable. A small, cozy hotel, standard room on the 5th floor with mountain views, for two, with a balcony, clean, has everything you need: hairdryer, towels, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bathroom accessories. A nice, comfortable hotel. New, clean, everything is as in previous reviews. The beds are comfortable, the toilet and shower are working properly. However, the towels have never been changed in 4 days. I liked the breakfasts, I think the menu is also suitable for children. Porridges, pancakes, sausages, fruit vegetables, pastries, etc. Everything is delicious and fresh. There is no coffee machine, so the coffee is only instant. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony, it is convenient to dry things after the sea. For my husband and I, there was one very significant disadvantage in this vacation - we lived on the 3rd floor in a room with a sea view and had to listen to very loud music from all nearby cafes at the same time until midnight. This is a very powerful rumbling noise! The closed windows didn't help at all! I couldn't fall asleep until the music stopped. Perhaps if you take a room with a view of the mountains, then this noise will not be so audible, so it is probably better to talk with the hotel administrator before booking a room. Otherwise, everything is fine!

The location is excellent: near the sea-beach, cafes, near a minimarket, pharmacy, etc. The hotel is new, the rooms are nice and clean, the furniture is good, bed linen and towels are fresh. I had a rest from September 8th to 20th. The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are large and cozy.There is a gorgeous golden elevator. I lived on the 5th floor. With a balcony and a view of the sea. Nice view from rooms 505 and 507. It's all good. Thank you very much to our maid. I always cleaned everything on time, and I didn't have to ask. Breakfast for Abkhazia is 4 out of 5. The most necessary things for breakfast are there. But there are also disadvantages…
1. Administrator Tatiana… This is a separate topic. She's acting like a supervisor. Her behavior changes like the weather. Rude, can be rude. I ask the hotel management to have a conversation with her.
2. In the cafe at the hotel, a girl with dreadlocks and glasses works for breakfast. I came for the first time and asked what was in this closed pot. She replied, "Open it and take a look!" Instead of a hundred words, I could answer what's inside. Everyone cleans the dishes themselves, she doesn't even clean the tables. Everyone sat down at a dirty table. Not friendly!!! We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024. To begin with, on the first day when I entered the hotel, the receptionist Tatyana did not even greet me and did not get up from her chair. After my husband came to the hotel, Tatiana immediately got up, addressed her husband by name and greeted him. Although we had a room reservation and she knew the names of the guests. Tatiana talked only to her husband and only offered him Wi-Fi. When I asked the question, how much does Wi-Fi cost and is it only for one device or not? Tatiana the receptionist did not answer me, clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes. I asked the question because there is no such information on the sign at the reception desk. Already the impression of the hotel was at zero after that. We got the room 105, 1st floor. When booking, there was no nuance that there would be a bed opposite the panoramic window that overlooks the courtyard of the hotel, where hotel guests are sitting at tables and there is a road right there. The whole vacation was like living in a crypt with the curtains closed. When asked to change the number, the administrator's response just killed, the quote "My dear, your problem is not a problem, the problem is death." My husband and I were shocked. Breakfast is a special treat. Rice, pasta, half sausages, dried pancakes on trays 20×30 cm, pizza and cottage cheese casserole cut into 2×3 cm pieces. There is a thin sausage on one plate. Bread. There are coffee and tea bags in the jar, and a decanter of mors. This menu was the same every day. Cold and not tasty. My husband came and did not know how not to burst from a slice of pizza 2 × 3 cm. Cleaning the room consisted of taking out the garbage and that's it. In 9 days, towels and bed linen were changed once. Nothing else was washed in the room. Advice to the hotel management: fire the administrator Tatiana and hire a polite and well-mannered employee who treats women and men with respect. And not just talking to men. And one more tip for the management, change the breakfast menu and portion size. Conclusion: there is no more foot in this hotel. I do not recommend it!!! Don't spoil your vacation!

The breakfasts are excellent, included in the price. You can order lunch and dinner, 700 rubles per person.
It's a 2-minute walk to the sea, the beach is ordinary, clean. A sunbed and an umbrella for 200 rubles. There is a shower on the beach.

I came to rest in Gagra for the second time, respectively, I will compare it with the hotel where I stayed last time (Poseidon). But unfortunately, it was not without a "fly in the ointment " Of the minuses: the absence of a conventional heater (the split system gives you a headache) since it was still cold at night in mid-May, there are no bathrobes and beach towels, there is a kettle, but there are no tea mugs (try drinking hot tea from glasses without handles, it's still a pleasure), there is no cooler with bottled water, but these are all small things, the most important thing is the constant noise from the street during the day from the construction site which is opposite the windows, and from 18.00-23.30 from the cafes opposite dubasik muzon so that tightly closed double-glazed windows did not even help, but this is already a feature of the location of the building itself. Will I check into this hotel for the second time, probably not, I will look for a guest house away from cultural events and construction sites))

We could make a terrace in front of the dining room, there is not enough of it, I want to have breakfast not inside the dining room, where even the doors need to be closed.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time. We are very happy with the trip. There are many beautiful and unique places here. And most importantly, we are very glad that we chose the Bella Hotel. For us, the hotel is already half a holiday. This is comfort and mood.
The advantage is of course that there are Zavtrki (very tasty).
For breakfast 10+.
For the location and the view from the room to the Mountains, I put 10 + (the very center and right by the sea, there are many restaurants nearby, a Ferris wheel, a buzz).
Parking for cars behind a fence on the territory of the hotel is our peace of mind I put 10+.
The Internet is excellent, we watched movies on a laptop in the room. We are satisfied with the staff! Room cleaning every day. Very clean!

One of the best hotels in Abkhazia. They settled us at 9 a.m., and what is most pleasant, they unexpectedly complimented us as newlyweds, brought raffaello, strawberries and Abkhazian wine! We were pleasantly surprised! Towels were changed almost every other day, vacuumed, cleaned, changed linen, it is clear that the hotel is in good managerial hands and with caring staff!
The breakfasts were very tasty, varied and fresh, and lunch and dinner could also be ordered.
Therefore, 5 stars!

We had a vacation with three children from June 15 to 23, 2024. The room had a mountain view. We really liked everything at the hotel, and the room itself, everything is clean, and room service, and breakfasts, the children did not leave hungry. We liked almost everything, except for some nuances, which I think are everywhere)
The location is cool. Within walking distance, they chose the cafe "tent", where you can have a great meal and dance, the beach across the street, to the left along the embankment, all sorts of entertainments for a child.
Staff service , constant cleaning, clean towels are on the level. The hair dryer, by the way, is great!)))
A good wifi that worked great on the floors. Although other hotels have always had problems.
I was glad to have breakfast in bed from my husband. Thank you for such a privilege.
One of the disadvantages is that you come after the sea and you want to swim. It turns out there is no light or water (((( it was a nightmare. But it was only a couple of days. Power outages fell on our vacation(

The first trip to Abkhazia and a difficult choice of city and hotel)) we stopped at Bella) it was a pleasant start - Aelita took into account all our wishes for choosing a room.
The staff is nice, from the front desk to the maid. The car is on the territory, behind the barrier. The dining room is a separate story, the breakfasts were both delicious and simply amazing for every taste) as an OP technologist, I know for sure that this is the highest score. Thank you to Svetlana and Oksana!!!!
The general cleanliness of the hotel and daily room cleaning, replacement of towels.
The sea is across the street, the promenade with entertainers 300m away, a walk in the evening. Morning coffee on the balcony with a sea view and evening sunset is a fairy tale!!

A hotel that can be safely set as an example of what service should be!
The staff is always in a good mood, friendly and helpful. The room is so clean, as if no one had lived in it before - everything in the room is brand new! We were the whole family, the four of us were settled in one room where there were 3 full-fledged places and one additional, in general it was comfortable.
The hotel has its own cafe where it is quite cheap and very tasty.
And the best part is that there is a sea right across the street from the hotel.
For the first three days we didn't even go on excursions, we only went to the sea)))) We had breakfast at the hotel and went to the sea, returned for lunch and went to the sea!🥰
Indeed, the location of the hotel is super, and the view from the balcony is amazing, we met on the balcony every morning with a cup of coffee and it was unforgettable! Looking at the sea surface sparkling from the first rays of the sun and inhaling the sea and mountain air at the same time, honestly: we did not want to leave this balcony!😂

They rested in the kremlin in September 2022. Great location, near naberednaya, the center of Gagra.
The hotel is clean, cozy, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, everything you need is there, the pitchfork from the balcony is just a mind-blowing bomb.
I would also like to mention the breakfasts, very hearty, varied, delicious. Even my capricious children ate everything.
The staff is very courteous, they will always tell you everything, tell you, help you book excursions.
