I signed up for a manicure and removal. I specifically asked in advance if it was combined or hardware. They answered confidently in the chat, combined. I come, I sit down and immediately it went. The hands were treated, no. They asked me to wash my hands, no. Take it off right away. They made a good uniform, that's a plus. But the manicure was done by hardware! There was a cut on one finger at once, the other was red, everything stings. Did you treat my hands again before coating? No, go wash your hands in the toilet. I think that when I get out, they will treat my wound well. Of course not, let's cover it right away. We've done the coating, okay. They also applied shiny oil on top, it's the same on all the wounds. To see purple sequins in the cuts, on the nude coating, is just terrible. I went to pay. Did you ask how it went, how was the manicure, will you come to us again, no, no one cares. I came home, looked closely, and the coating is not smooth and with air balls on almost all the nails. The cut hurts, and on the other fingers the skin aches as if it was cut with paper, and there are also sequins in the cuts and under the cuticle. Let me remind you that no one processed anything, just washed it with soap, and I don't even know what kind of soap is there and whether it disinfects at all. You could have asked or warned, we knowingly ask before recording. My skin is thin and takes a long time to heal. Why are you doing this to your customers? I will try not to come to you anymore and warn my friends.
