Оставила заказ на композицию цветов, меня записали и попросили сбросить на вайбер сообщение , заказ нужен был рано утром через день, в итоге ничего не было готово, сотрудник магазина просто о нем ничего не знала, либо поосто забыла посмотреть в лист заказов...в итоге пришлось ждать пока флорист придумает "что-то похожее" из того что есть на витрине...извинений, скидки и т.д. конечно же не последовало... Часто покупаю цветы в этом магазине, но в следующий раз заранее ничего там заказывать не буду 100%, да и подумаю, идти ли туда теперь вообще, очень неприятный осадок остался...

Очень хороший выбор, девушки флористки сделали красивый буфет, единственное подкачала доставка, пришёл мужчина и начал стучать сильно в дверь, девушка спросила кто там, а в ответ тишина, в итоге испугалась, пришлось самому спрашивать кто там и он еле выдавил из себя "Доставка", а так все супер)
