In general, a good hotel, there are no complaints from the word at all. The breakfasts are good, much better and more varied than in Arab hotels. The four of us had a rest, respectively, we had a chance to evaluate only 2 rooms - no complaints, not shabby, everything works. Water was brought every day for 0.5 liters per person. The main disadvantage of the hotel is its location relative to the main tourist streets of Pattaya, taxis (grab or bolt) will cost from 100 to 200 baht one way. There is a "Seven/Eleven" across the street from the hotel)
Good afternoon, I do NOT recommend this hotel if you want to actively relax, see the beauty and infrastructure of Pattaya!
We had a vacation in February 2025.
Let's start with the location: the hotel is very far from the entire infrastructure. The nearest 7/11 is across the street, BUT you can't cross this road and it's better not to even try, as it's the busiest road in the city. There is an above-ground passage, but it is far enough away. There are no Kanashops nearby either.
The nearest fish market and fruit market are not within walking distance.
Dogs are constantly barking around the hotel, especially at night. There is also Thai karaoke nearby and at night the locals sing their songs loudly, which makes it difficult to sleep.
There are places nearby, but the food there is not delicious. The nearest beach is not at all for swimming, believe me. (When I read the reviews about the hotel, I didn't think it was so dirty, I'm attaching a photo) to swim in the sea, you need to go to another area.
Breakfasts: the breakfasts are standard, I can't say that they're not delicious, but they're not exactly eye-pleasing either. The buffet includes scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, croissants, toasts, Thai cuisine, etc. At the end of the vacation, I didn't want to eat it all.
Paid meals were not used at the hotel. We only bought Chang at the bar (the cost is 70 baht for a small jar)
Hotel staff: generally normal, but not all are of course responsive and friendly. We had an early check-out and couldn't check in, so we had to leave the card at the reception because the staff was out.
Pleasant and smiling cleaners, they clean the rooms daily.
Room stock: extremely outdated, everything is very not fresh.
Swimming pool: large enough, consists of two parts, there is an area for children. The water is cool.
The contingent of tourists: Russians, Chinese and a small part of Europeans- all adequate)
To sum up, if you want to get to a boarding house 7 thousand km from Moscow, then you can choose this hotel.
But if you want to enjoy your vacation in Thailand to the fullest, then I recommend considering hotels in the areas of Jomtien or Naklua.
I won't go to this hotel a second time for any money.
Overall, it left a pleasant impression. Clean, calm, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly and friendly. The territory is quite large and well maintained. The pool is clean. The location of the hotel has its pros and cons:
+ the hotel is located deep into the territory, away from the highway
+ the first line of the sea
+ there are no noise sources nearby
+ nearby there is a market (food) and bars/restaurants
- the seabed is very dirty, you can't swim there
- how far is it to the center
- far from the shops (only Savan Elaven is across the street)
The hotel has its own shuttle service, but it is not very convenient.
I do not recommend a seafood restaurant next to the hotel - it is expensive and they are trying to cheat.
