An old hotel from the 80s. Cleaning is minimal. The breakfasts are comprehensive. It is located near the northern bus station. There is a small swimming pool. The Internet is slow

We had a rest at the end of November 2024, the hotel is too old, and the rooms have old furniture, but an excellent location, near 21 Terminals, a large Tesco Lotus and Big Sea. The place is quiet, attentive staff, bed and towels are changed every day, breakfast is brought to the room, there is no smell of mold in the rooms, there is its own territory with a swimming pool, there is a gym. The beach is far away, but in Pattaya they usually do not swim in the sea, go to the military beach or Koh Lan Island.
Lived here for a long time with a dog.
Of the advantages - cleaning, washing dishes, microwave in the room. Not a mini cooler. Everything is repaired promptly.
24h front desk and friendly staff.
Good location.
Minus a star for bad internet.
A good hotel, excellent large breakfasts, on-site swimming pool in the garden, inside the building there is a pond with fish. The rooms are large, clean, with a kitchenette
1. When booking a room, no one said that the hotel was being renovated, as a result, I lived on a construction site for 10 days: a metal staircase was attached under the window, and an elevator shaft was mounted behind the door, i.e. I experienced all the delights of metal work.
2. Goosebumps ran in orderly rows in the room and after complaining they began to be poisoned with aerosol right in my presence.
3. I paid for a 2-bed room, but I lived alone. At first, they provided detergents in full, but then only for one, i.e. they stole paid consumables.
4. I miscalculated the departure date and had to stay at the hotel for another day.
When booking, the room cost 600 baht, and a deposit of 800 baht was taken upon arrival. But they demanded about 2,000 baht more from me for this day, turned off the Internet and lights, stopped understanding Russian, English and even their Thai (Google translator).
I turned out all my pockets, gave every cent, but they wouldn't let me out of the hotel and called the police. It was a nightmare!
