A very cool place to relax. There is a spacious territory, no one interferes with each other's rest. Gazebos are equipped with a barbecue, firewood, skewers, and a grill are provided on request. There are animals in the aviaries, it is interesting for both adults and children. The room offers a stunning view, however, there is not enough table with chairs in the room for 200 rubles, because in the morning you want to have breakfast, for this you need to go down to the gazebo, the weather is not always favorable. And in general, the difference from comfort and standard is the presence of a small refrigerator, if we knew that these were all differences, then we would not overpay 50 rubles, since there is a shared refrigerator on the ground floor. It would be great if the rooms were air-conditioned, in early May it was comfortable to sleep with the window open, but most likely it will be hot in summer. The staff is quite friendly and friendly. Also, it would be great if breakfast was included in the room rate.

The banquet hall is rustic, the kitchen is good. The main advantage is the territory, the lake, the views!

The zoo was pleasantly surprised by well-groomed animals placed in neat enclosures. There are many gazebos on the territory for every taste) there is an opportunity to use catamarans, boats, barbecues. A playground and trampolines are organized for children. Not being a fisherman, I can't appreciate fishing))) Well, I think that in this case everything is 10/10
I highly recommend visiting this place - it is impossible to remain indifferent!!!

Came to fish cleanly. The place is picturesque, with a large pond. Fishing only works from 6-00, which in my opinion is not so early for summer time. You can fish from 4 a.m. because it's light and not hot yet, but you can't do that here. The card payment terminal is open from 8-00, because I did not have cash, I was told I could pay at the exit. I asked the administrator where it is better to sit on a carp, they advised me under the pines, and I settled down there. The fish pecked mostly not the one that I wanted, it was roach, perch and bleak. After the bin, this little thing stood up like a wall and for some reason the large fish did not bite, apparently because of the heat, the depth was at a point of 3.9 meters. Perhaps carp need to be caught here either in the evening or at night when this little thing floats off to sleep (as I understand it, there are no overnight vouchers here, although if you rent a room, you can probably fish at night, although this is only my speculation... In the morning, I saw the exits of a fairly large fish, it splashed not far away.
There is a drinks store on the territory that opens no earlier than 10-00, it's better to go there with cash because I didn't have it with me to buy something or I couldn't because for some reason the terminal didn't work there and they told me to come back later..
In general, the place is good for relaxing, but there is not enough fresh hungry fish to run. It's difficult to catch local fish, it seems to me, maybe I did something wrong or sat down in the wrong place... There are few reports about this reservoir on fishing, which is also bad..

We really liked it. The territory is well maintained. The pass is provided by polite staff. There are toilets and water. The recreation area is excellent. The sand is gorgeous, the shore of the reservoir is also, you can ride a spoon or a catamaran, they give life jackets to everyone. There are many gazebos for any company and every taste. There is a zoo with various animals! There are even Bison! I recommend it! But... The taxi didn't want to go to us at 21 o'clock. So if you don't have a car, then that's the problem!

We had a rest with the whole family, we really liked it. We were on a weekday on April 25, there were no people except us, it was quiet and calm. We walked and fried kebabs all day. There is a Playground, animals (but not many of them). You can relax beautifully and culturally. The overall impression is good.

The rest is wonderful! From the window of our room there is a beautiful view of the lake. Cleanliness and beauty are everywhere. It is good for both adults and children. There is a mini zoo and a cafe on site. There are boats and catamarans on the lake. There are many recreation areas, barbecues, gazebos. A beautiful idol. This is an incredible place for Gomel!
Beautiful landscapes, a lake, bridges, piers, gazebos with barbecues, sockets and lighting, and in some even mirrors! Zoo, playground, trampolines, boats, catamarans!
And all this is included in the entrance fee!
Also, for each ticket you will be given 0.5 kvass, which is very pleasant on a hot day!)
The cafe by the water is wonderful and the cuisine is wonderful!
There is also the possibility of fishing - rods, spinning, feeder!
From the suggestions for development:
1. Replace some of the PVC tents with wooden gazebos
2. On the peninsula, instead of part of the gazebos, build A-frames of 2-3 houses)
3. Equip the piers at the distant gazebos with rope railings, because families with children can relax there
4. You have so many animals in the zoo, but no horses! After all, in such a picturesque corner you just want to ride a horse
5. For those who are relaxing in the gazebo and decided to go fishing, make the cost of fishing cheaper and offer to rent gear!

A beautiful place with excellent transport accessibility, but there are two disadvantages :
1) disregard for the animals that REALLY SUFFER here, which is confirmed by the photo below, the arctic fox had no water in the plate in the heat, no drinkers were installed
2) The administration does not care about reducing the number of midges, which have bred here in huge numbers (midges and mosquitoes greatly spoil the rest, without repellents your rest will turn into suffering no less than that of zoo animals... and even the strongest repellents will protect you for a maximum of 5-10 minutes).
As for the landscapes, they are excellent here. Fishermen also come (so there are fish).
P.S. it is clear that the place lacks a woman's hand, attention to detail, and smoothness

The animals are kept in terrible conditions. Bison look like skinny cows, ribs sticking out... bison the size of deer, where have you seen this?!! The deer have knee-deep water in the pen... There's nowhere to even go to bed at night. Sheep are screaming from hunger like victims, unshaven, dirty. Rabbits with untreated open wounds. The animals really don't have enough food! Pump the damn water out of the pens, at least let the grass grow if you can't feed yourself. How do animals survive in such mud, in water, without enough food?!

We decided to celebrate the wedding in this place
Minuses:
1) bad staff (waiters had to be asked to bring or replace, garbage was removed, etc., the faces were mourning and lost)
2) the place was said to be fenced off, but naked passers-by even entered the celebration hall.
3) if the lights go out, then there are no generators there.
4) there is no air conditioning in the wedding room, only toilet paper for hygiene. The room itself is not beautiful, as it has been since 2000.
5) the place is not suitable for celebrating for a number of reasons (not a beautiful hall, i.e. the red carpet and the beam are not beautiful, also all the girls' shoes were killed on the street, because of the boards with which everything is covered, you should not take the studs there with you)
6) most likely, we were "lucky" so, but the owner was drunk and tried to give instructions with a cigarette! At the end of the evening, there was a conflict over him.
Positive:
1) Ekaterina works well.
2) Timing with our team is perfect.
3) a place to relax with kebabs and swimming is super, there are definitely no official holidays!

A beautiful well-groomed place, according to the level of refinement, as in Minsk, there are no such cool places in Gomel ("A good place does not hold up"). To get there by car, by bike, etc., maybe buses go to Bobovich, and there you can walk for 20 minutes, but I don't know. There is a bike parking. It is better to call them and ask for everything, book (the place they visit, they conduct a lot of corporate events). They occupy gazebos. It seems that other entertainers like wake park have appeared, they haven't tried it yet, but you still need to pay extra for it. In general, the place is good, but expensive. In Minsk, the zoo is more diverse and costs 10 rubles, and here it costs 25 rubles, but it is more well-groomed than in Minsk, although the animals do not have enough shade in hot weather and they are flooded in spring, bison sit on a small island and around mud, swamp and deer also suffer.
