Indeed, everything is fine here, so far so good…As soon as difficult situations arise, as with me, at least the product came with a defect. To which the seller grudgingly agreed at his own expense to re-send the air-conditioned product, but only and exclusively, by Russian Post, and even did it to an incorrect postal address. Based on which, only one conclusion suggests itself - an automatic and indifferent approach to the client ...
P.S. update from 09/11/2024: changes in the part of the correct OPS have not been made (I have no idea on whose side this omission is - the store or the Mail), but I ran and received the order, as I noted earlier, not at my address…
For a very long time I was a regular buyer of clothes on this site, I ordered from 6 things at a time and more at wholesale prices. It has never bothered me that a bulk order is picked up without fitting, since there has never been any cheating with the size... until the last time.
Having ordered a dress of the 46th size from the manufacturer, from whom I already had 2 products of the same size, I was very surprised when I couldn't even fit into it. It turned out that in the chest it is less than 10 centimeters, stated on the website of the size match.
I immediately contacted the manager about the discrepancy between the product and the declared size, and shipped the dress in accordance with the rules of the site.
After some time, the money for the dress was returned to me, but the store refused to refund the money for postage, referring to the fact that this dress simply did not fit me, and not a crooked dress with crooked tailoring, where the bust girth God forbid will fit size 40. By the way, the dress immediately disappeared from the site and did not appear on sale anymore.
Disgusting attitude towards the client, deception and lies! In no case do you order clothes here. You will be deceived and accused that you are to blame for everything and it does not matter what is written on the website in the terms of return! It's your fault!
They sent the order to a completely different address, they convinced me that I had previously picked up orders at some strange address at the other end of Moscow. I give them a screenshot of the sending address, they don't care, they don't listen to me, they argue, you took it there and we sent it there. I've never been there and I haven't taken anything. The address I wrote was ignored, they decided for themselves where they would send it. It says Studenetsky Lane, they sent it to Nikolskaya Street, like I used to pick it up there.
This is generally inadequate, I never want to get involved with such an attitude again and I do not advise you.
The product has not been received yet, I do not know where it is.
