At the same time, the sellers did not apologize for the inconvenience, did not try to smooth out the conflict in any way. Despite the fact that the refusal to sell the goods on the counter is illegal and is a direct violation of consumer rights. In this regard, I turned to the cashier for a book of comments and suggestions, and the cashier (the only one who behaved competently that day) clarified what the problem was and invited the administrator. The administrator brought a book of comments and suggestions, asked me if I knew how to fill it out, but did not specify what the problem was, did not apologize and did not try to smooth out the conflict. When writing a complaint, the seller came up to me and said I:"Of course, that's what they told you, because the sellers are then obliged to buy back the remaining meat." After that, I decided to look at an example of a previous complaint in order to make sure that a signature is required at the end of the complaint. Literally a minute later, the seller came running, told me not to leaf through the book, but to write my complaint and secure the previous pages of the book with paper clips, blocking my access to them, which also violates my rights. In addition, the book of comments and suggestions was not filled out (it was not numbered, dates were not put down), the complaint number was assigned by me independently. I am looking forward to a written response to my complaint left in the book of comments and suggestions. I hope it will be provided within the time limits stipulated by law.

There are still enough customers who are not satisfied with this and return the goods by looking at the receipt after payment at the checkout, AND THIS is from month to month, REGULARLY! The price of EACH product MUST BE rechecked if you do not want to overpay!
There are kind and sociable cashiers, but there are also unpleasant ones with obvious dislike (so far I have seen only one such person). There are plenty of goods.)
In general, the store is not bad, but since it is small, a lot of products are missing, sometimes there are some discounts, vegetables and fruits are more expensive than in other stores. Often there is only one cash register, and there is a queue until the end of the store...
