We were passing through Astana. Nice little hotel. I was pleased that there is a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel itself is cozy, the breakfast is simple and delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant where delicious food and large portions are served, a small outdoor recreation area on the territory of the hotel. The rooms are well renovated. Thanks to the hotel staff for the service!!!

We were passing through Astana airport, and I chose this hotel according to reviews. It is very pleasant and valuable that there is a transfer from the airport. They were met at the terminal, taken to the hotel and back, despite the dead of night: at 4 a.m. The room is clean, the linen is pleasant, shampoos, toiletries, tea, kettle. The hotel's restaurant was filled with delicious dishes. There are several dishes on the menu, but everything is sooo delicious. The staff deserves special appreciation, friendly, attentive. Only positive emotions! Recommend.

This is the second time we have used the services. Free airport transfer. Breakfast. The room is clean, there are all hygiene products in a single-use package. Bathrobes and slippers. The staff was polite and helped to bring the suitcases to the room.
