I went to this optician to pick up glasses, as my sister advised me very much and it was there that we bought glasses for the child more than once. I really like the girls there (especially the blonde) who help me choose the frame: they work quickly, professionally, very correctly. It is thanks to them that we have been contacted here many times. The professionalism of the specialist who selects the glasses is highly questionable. In particular, I went to the doctor Tarasyuk N.N. (as it turned out later, my sister was with another specialist, so she probably liked it). When selecting glasses, the doctor's questions, statements and beliefs simply struck me ("Why did you do laser correction?" "You see, why did you do it, it didn't help you" - I note that my eyesight deteriorated slightly 15 years after correction; other beliefs that I see worse than it seems to me that the computer does not make my eyesight worse). Regarding the correctness of the doctor: I was with a child who was quietly sitting on the couch and I didn't even notice her, paying attention only when the doctor rudely said: "I'm going to kick you out the door and you're going to stand there!!!" I didn't understand what was going on at all!!! It turned out that my daughter took a picture of me on the phone in these cool glasses, in which they pick up glasses!!! And it turns out that it prevents the doctor from working!!! I note that my daughter was sitting almost behind the doctor's back and the sound in the phone was turned off! After that, my daughter burst into tears, which did not bother the doctor at all and nothing followed (at least an apology). I have never encountered such rudeness! Naturally, after all this, I will not go to the doctor there for anything. This is incomparable at all with the doctors at Belmikof or New Vision, for example, there is generally the highest level of doctors! And at the end of the reception, I doubt at all that the glasses were chosen correctly for me, because they are very different from those chosen for me earlier by a doctor in a polyclinic and when I told the doctor that, for example, with such glasses, the eyes are very uncomfortable, she nervously put others with the phrase "So it means, but with them you will see worse."
Responsive sellers, there is immediately a doctor who will look and tell you what kind of vision. Lenses and frames were quickly and efficiently selected.
It is convenient to be in the center. But, apparently, because of the location, everything is very expensive. There are optics where prices are much lower. And the quality of the optics is no better than other manufacturers.
We quickly and competently made a computer selection of glasses, helped to choose a frame and lenses. the glasses were made in just half an hour. I wear it with pleasure, I will order more.
