The modern gas station, I liked everything: the location, service, staff, the only thing that upsets is the price, but I understand that this is the policy of the state -a single price for each type of fuel at all gas stations.
Well, it's a very long time to wait for service! Two operators at the gas station are clearly not enough to release fuel and feed people. I'm lowering my grade just because of that. The girl operators are trying their best to get everyone to leave, complaints to their management! And yes, a dirty toilet!

A good gas station, but the eternal problem with toilets, then it doesn't work, then something rattles right above your head, then there is no water....

I hate situations when you can't refuel while the tanker is being drained.. Or when they have a re-accounting, closing the cash register, etc., etc.
All of the above is not a flaw in the maintenance staff, it is a flaw in the management, who, in a difficult market situation, in my opinion, does not care about the client.. I rate the cashiers and other staff.. But not to their dibil leadership..
