Like everything else in the state. The staff is "extinct", the service is so-so ... There are of course exceptions. For example, at the gas station 18 "Ozery", the operator Natalia, despite the early visit ( 5 am), was very pleased with her work: seasoned, polite and courteous!! If only everyone were like that!!!!.....
