Constantly long queues are created by the operators themselves at the ticket offices. 07/10/2024 I asked to fill up 10 liters, but I was given 10 rubles at the checkout. To my question about the 10L, it's okay, fill up the 4L, put the gun back in the column, stand in line again and pay extra. It's just a nightmare. They panic when more than 2 clients arrive.....
