It was this gas station that turned me off. A month ago, I jumped into the toilet, didn't even refuel, went into the store, was alone in the room and two young saleswomen... They didn't sell a bottle of water, they forced me to pull a muzzle for this, which they were going to sell me! What is the most violated Articles 396, 462, 415 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus! Referring to the amendments to the decision of the executive Committee #1069 (paragraph 26), which do not say anything about the fact that it is forbidden to buy without a mask or that someone should not do their job if the buyer is without a mask! And in paragraph 26 there is a wording "to ensure the use of PPE ..." This does not mean "to provide an opportunity to buy at the checkout"! It turns out that without a mask, I can only buy a MASK at this gas station?! Rave! This is a recommendation, no more!
In any case, the Civil Code legally has more force than the decision of the executive Committee! And in general, there is not a single legal act (regarding masks), referring to which the seller may not fulfill his duties, violating a PUBLIC contract (consumer protection)!
It is disgusting and sad that some people turn into a slave herd themselves, and even try to trample on the rights of conscious people!
Next time I'll take everything on camera, post it online for discussion and leave a complaint!
