One operator had a terminal stuck and the second operator, instead of servicing the others, helped the first to blunt the monitor and restart the computer with four hands. On repeated requests to release fuel, they politely sent a forest, arguing that they were busy. Well, as it is. There is a second cash register, let go there, since the first one does not work. I hope to add.the management will conduct courses on the work.
