On 02/06/24, at 02:00, driving by, we decided to stop by for coffee with friends.
We ordered cappuccino, moccachino and hot chocolate, there was a problem with the latter, after trying it I realized that it was just boiling water and whipped milk, there was not even a smell of hot chocolate.
Turning to Olga, an employee of the gas station, I pointed out the flaw, to which I immediately received the phrase "what will I do to you?" and with such an intonation, as if I was to blame for the fact that the device gave out such a drink, I asked to change it to another drink or try to make another hot chocolate, in response I immediately I get the phrase "I'm not responsible for this machine, I have to redo it for you for my money" again in an incredibly rude way, I don't understand why I should communicate with the customer like this, even though I just mildly pointed out the substandard product that I paid for, if you are not competent and do not know how to deal with this if the situation is different, then why aggress the buyer.
After a few phrases like "I'll have to make coffee for you at my own expense," I offered to pay, tried to smooth the situation out, but in response I received a big complaint in the form of the phrase "but no, I'll buy it for you with my own money,"of course I didn't catch the essence of this principle, but okay ...(although this situation I was once at another gas station in this network and a man tasted hot chocolate and said, "Yes, there's a problem with the vending machine, I'll fix it now by making a new drink, we went our separate ways and at the same time he didn't make a drink for his money."🤷
After my coffee was redone, I simply asked the girl to inform the next customers that the hot chocolate machine probably does not make, to which I again received a rude response "everyone likes it but you don't", despite the fact that we understand that on average 1 out of 20 people orders hot chocolate at the gas station....
This is the first time I've met a person on this gas station network who was just initially incompetent and started fomenting conflict himself.
It would be enough to say
"Young man, sorry for the inconvenience, let me redo it for you" in such a situation, I would even be willing to pay for a new drink.
I believe that it is precisely this kind of incompetence and mentally unhealthy reaction to this flaw that spoils the overall opinion of the employees of the entire network, but only a fool would judge everyone by one person, so I just hope that this was an isolated incident and the girl just had a bad day.
