A small gas station. There is no 95th or 98th gasoline on it. There is a toilet and a small shop. The coffee is delicious. But there's only one operator, so sometimes you have to stand in line.
The service is at a good level.
In comparison with most gas stations where the speakers are under a canopy in close proximity to the operator, at this gas station you refuel in the open air at a sufficient decent distance from the main complex "operator / store" as at Soviet gas stations.
