I appeal to the organizers. Why did you, when coming up with all sorts of promotions, not take care to draw up clear, simple and understandable instructions for customers and staff, specifically in my case, every time I refuel with gas myself through the kuar code (pay application), I have to ask for permission through the intercom, and in response there are a lot of questions. Phone number, card number, shoe size, height, etc. After all, the whole point of this operation is to refuel YOURSELF and simplify and speed up the process. And not to argue with the staff whether they need my number or not. I have no questions for the staff themselves. If nothing changes in this regard, then there is no point in choosing Belarusneft from competitors to refuel after the end of the campaign.

I wonder if this is how you deceive people, saying that gas stations on the highway and here, so it is possible, or gas stations in Minsk feel competition and are fighting for image.
I hope your purchasing department hears me, they will change the cheapest grain to the norm and set up your coffee machines, as stated.
