Last week there was an unpleasant situation with the order of hot chocolate. I didn't see how the process was going and I see that the drink was ready, but it looked suspicious: there was a lot of milk, and only a couple of drops of chocolate on the surface. I decided to check, stirred the drink with a stick, it turned out that the chocolate was not added at all. I turned to the staff, they somehow did not pay due attention to the problem, and then I see that hot chocolate is pouring late, and I did not have time to put the glass back in place, and they said to pay for a new drink. It's a shame, I think it's unfair, because the error occurred due to a malfunction of the equipment. Therefore, 1 assessment and I ask the management to pay attention to the quality of service and operation of the equipment!
I often visit this gas station. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I bought a snack several times, it was always delicious. And overall, a nice new gas station.
