We rested in Belorusochka for the first time., in August 2024. The food is very decent, the food was cooked in a delicious variety, the fruits are fresh. The service is normal, they answered all questions kindly. The room was very good, it was clear that after the renovation (new furniture, laminate flooring, new plumbing......). The room was cleaned every other day, towels can be changed as they become dirty. . The territory is neat, the lawn was mowed regularly. The roses were still in bloom, and the benches were very beautiful. The medical base is decent, but it is better to read about the procedures beforehand when you are going to go. The only disadvantage is that the store was closed on the territory. There is a wish that there were disposable cups in the pump room, otherwise sometimes they forgot to take them with them, and did not drink water.
The sanatorium left a very good impression in general.

We had a vacation with my husband in July 2024. In general, everything is decent, a good room, nature, a pond, a lot of procedures, friendly staff, close to the city. Of the minuses, potatoes dominate the side dish, there are other dishes, an evil grandmother screams at patients on mud, always starts working later, as a result, you are late for other procedures where you are no longer allowed, and can also sit down to drink tea at the beginning of the working day, not letting anyone in, so I don't have dirt at all They helped. And so, in general, everything is fine, I recommend it.

The place is beautiful! There are a lot of greenery, pines, rose gardens, beautiful installations))) extremely cute. The rooms are simple and clean. Treatment and prevention at the level. But! Doctors work 5/2. That is, you don't get anything on weekends. It's good if your trip is 12-14 days, but if it's 7, then you will receive treatment for only 5 days. Somehow this is not good from the point of view of vacationers. The dining room is generally separate... it opens for 1.5 hours at lunch , dinner and breakfast🤦🏼♀️a crowd of people is choking in line to have time to eat🙄because there is little time. This is too much!
Registration at the sanatorium. It's separate here. It doesn't matter if you have a reservation, no, you have a spa card, or not… You've been standing in line for a hundred years. Everything is very Soviet, slow, in paper format🤦🏼♀️arrived at the time of check-in, i.e. by 12:00, stood in line for 2 hours😫took the passports for registration and silence! Wait, we're checking you out. They don't give you the keys to the room, nothing. Sit in a stuffy room with a bunch of people and on suitcases, get out of the way, wait😱somehow this moment needs to be improved.
There is also no store on site. For everything you need and want, you have to go to the city.
