The building houses the dean's office and mainly the departments of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization. The editorial office of the journal "Bulletin of the BGHA" is also located here, as well as the department of postgraduate studies. The building has 2 entrances. One is combined with the entrance to the 10th building. The other entrance is intended for visiting the isolated rooms of Building No. 9 behind the assembly hall, which has been inactive for more than 7 years. In this isolated part, there are such divisions of the BSCA as a copy and reproduction bureau, an art workshop, a photo studio, and a branch of the BRSM.
