On March 20, 2025, I went to the Belarusian delicacies store at 28 Auezova Street to buy ham and walnut sausage for 200-300 grams. The seller refused to cut it off, offered to buy either a whole loaf or half. When asked, "Where is it prescribed for them, she did not answer." A customer standing next to me asked me to cut off the desired product package. The seller said there was no point in going to the store without money. I asked for a complaint book, but I didn't get it. I think the seller is violating the trading rules. I have no desire to enter this store now.
Always check all positions by check!!!!! My situation has been repeated many times. And it consists in the following. You overpay when buying in this way: you choose a sausage (the price is per kg!!), it is weighed (pay attention to the weight when weighing, for example, the "Nutty" servelat comes out at 800-850 grams), and the receipt is punched as 1 kg (!!!!). Naturally, they don't give you a check until you demand it.
To the question: "How does this happen?", of course, they try to justify themselves by saying that they pressed the button wrongly 🤦🏼♀️ And as usual – not in favor of the buyer 😅 I hope my review will help someone avoid such a situation.
By the way, in the end, I would overpay 480 tenge (the total amount of the check is 5245 tenge)
DISGUSTING SERVICE STAFF. The situation: they mixed up the cheese, accidentally took another one, wanted to change the product. The saleswoman was very rude, began to lecture, said that she would never serve children again in her life, and began to get hysterical. Such an oversight, for her information, could have happened not only to a teenager. Well, since she said that she would no longer serve the children, the children might not even go there)) I think if such a situation happens to an adult, she will refuse to serve adults either. In general, the staff is not very good, but the assortment is basically good. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY DRENCHED IN VERBAL FECES. good luck))
