I know, they rent out areas from 8 to 19 squares. It is a very popular place, actually in the center of Minsk. Rent is relatively inexpensive. Chelyuskintsev Park metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Right there, in this rent there is a cafe "Beetle Juice", cozy. In general, the place is good.
