The place is great for walking and cycling.
There is a huge territory and countless roads, paths and paths.
I took my bike, I broke away from the soul.
Rental of walking sticks, bicycles, electric scooters.
There is a swimming pool and sauna.
We were in early May, and everything was free.
Any questions about the service and staff:
The first disadvantage: we lived for a week. Upon check-in, we were given two small towels. Only on the fourth day, the next shift of staff delivered two full-size towels.
The MAIN DISADVANTAGE is THE SERVICE IN THE RESTAURANT:
The food is delicious. BUT the service is a complete out (I was looking for a non-swear word)
-there are only 3 cafes/restaurants on site where you can eat.
And there is not enough space. When at least one bus with tourists arrived for lunch, it was impossible to just go in and eat, the staff refused to accept the order.
-Breakfast at the restaurant was included in the accommodation. The set time is 9 a.m. They waited for the waiter for 20-40 minutes. The menu includes only porridge and an omelet (usually cold by the time you take it out).
I often took what was brought earlier, so as not to wait even longer.
Tea and coffee are a constant queue for the bartender.
The restaurant has a declared capacity of 600 people in all halls. Problems arose already at 20. And the staff is not broken through, there is zero feedback: questions and suggestions on how to organize meals for breakfast were either openly ignored - they turned away and left (they didn't seem to hear the question), or they answered - "I'll ask now."
Due to the lack of alternatives, I had to have lunch (most often) and dinner (always, since the rest of the cafes are closed in the evening) in the restaurant as well. 2 hours for dinner. Of these, the waiting time for the order is more than 1.5 hours. Menu for the whole week
I would like to recommend that the manager and managers of catering establishments in the Forest review the organization of customer service and train or recruit competent staff. They spoil the whole impression of the place.
