It's a pity that such a disgusting place has to put one star. I would like less. But about everything in order.
We booked a suite 4 months before arrival. They wanted to make an advance payment, but the administrator refused to make an advance payment, since they do not work with her. During these 4 months, we called and confirmed the reservation several times, the last time 5 days before arrival. In 3 days, the administrator called and asked if they should wait for us. Everything was confirmed. As a result, in less than a day, at lunch, we received a call and were told that our room would be available only a day after the arrival date, and we would need to leave three days earlier. We talked to the head himself, and in a very rude way they told us "We did not promise you anything, you did not make an advance payment." Although they do not take an advance payment, they only book rooms. Even then, I should have realized that it was not worth going to this terrible place.
When we arrived, we were shocked by the abandoned look of this "recreation center". Even my husband, who had seen a lot in his life, stood with round eyes and looked at the "landscapes" in the style of the USSR, and the child refused to leave the car.
Everything that is written on the site is a lie. The rooms are not cleaned at all (not once in 7 days). In the suite, there are only 3 plates and 2 faceted glasses from the promised dishes and appliances. The toilet is dirty, as if it was last washed 20 years ago (photo attached, do not look impressionable). The sofa was also dirty, stained with stains of unknown origin. The canteen only worked for 3 days, then it closed. The beach is in disrepair (like the rooms themselves), unkempt, there is 1 catamaran and broken boats, it's scary to look at. That's all there is to entertainment. There is no medical worker or pharmacy at the base. On the fourth day of my stay, my child came down with a fever under 40 and a terrible intestinal infection. The administrator had nothing in the first-aid kit except antipyretic and charcoal, it was 27 km to the nearest pharmacy (in Berestye, the pharmacy does not swallow every day), and you need to go to Brest 40 km to the hospital. Draw your own conclusions.
The price of the suite was 140 rubles. And this is for a dirty toilet, stripped wallpaper and a sofa stained with unknown things. If you want to spoil your vacation, then feel free to choose this recreation center.
We have no complaints about the administrators. Very nice girls, they always tried to help us, but, unfortunately, there is a deeper problem here.

We booked a room for four (4 beds, separate). The price is 150 rubles/day. Of course, they didn't count on anything supernatural... But when we arrived there, we were shocked: dust and sand on the floor and table, the toilet is just brown from rust, the shower (tray) is rusty. I had to wash the floor myself, because there was simply no one to do it.
Among the advantages: a kettle, a small refrigerator (but not in all rooms), a wardrobe, a toilet/shower, an old small TV.
There are gazebos on the territory (tables, near some there is a barbecue), there is nothing for children (the old playground is in poor condition). The beach is small, smooth entrance into the water, not deep. There are toilets.
You can relax with tents on site.
There are no lanterns (in any case, I did not see any working ones).
You can eat in the dining room only if there is special service, but for a fee. There is a cafe where you can buy belyashi/chebureks, alcohol, ice cream, chocolate, water/ cola/fanta, napkins, etc. Naturally, the prices are higher than in the store.
In general, if you go on vacation with a company, you can book a room (just to sleep). But I would not recommend traveling with children if you do not take food with you at all times. Well, if the children can take care of themselves.

We arrived for 2 days. There weren't many people, it was quiet and peaceful. The beach is always almost empty. They followed the movement and the atmosphere to the neighboring electron, and ate there. We spent the night only in the White Lake. It is clear that money is needed for repairs and major upgrades, but there is no money for the campaign. Lake and forest 🩷🩷🩷
