Neither the office nor the director knows what warranty obligations are. In May 2020, the panel of the U 100 series door swelled. The marriage was recognized, the replacement has not yet been carried out. They used all the ways to influence the company. The director promised a replacement 100 times. A written complaint and an appeal to the consumer protection department did not help. If you want a normal service, do not contact this company.
